The public is invited to attend the City of Ventura Parks and Recreation Commission meeting on Wednesday, May 31 at 4:00 PM. The meeting will be held at City Hall, in the Community Meeting Room on the Second Floor. At this formal hearing, the last planning public meeting for the project, Grindline will present the final concept design to the commission and the public is welcome to provide public comment.

The public is invited to attend the second design workshop for the Westpark Skatepark Expansion Project on Thursday, March 30, 2023. The City’s design-build contractor, Grindline Skateparks, will present an updated project design based on community feedback from last month’s workshop. Review design elements and share ideas with staff. Spanish interpretation services and translated materials will be available.

Come to the Westpark Community Center, meet the newly hired design-build team from Grindline Skateparks, and continue with the design of the Westpark Skatepark. To make sure the design is the best it can be we want to hear from our local community.
